Key Metrics Explained

  • Total number of new clients entered into Apricot: Total number of new clients engaged during the period
  • Clients signed engagement letter: Clients who have formally engaged with our services through signed agreements
  • Housing support: Total housing-related services provided to clients, including housing applications submitted and enrollment in housing programs such as PSH, RRH, HUD-VASH, Section 8, VI-SPDAT assessments, home sharing, and housing recertification
  • Active Onsite Volunteers: Unique onsite volunteers present in all 3 months of the quarter. Remote volunteers are not included
  • Onsite Volunteer hours: Total volunteer hours contributed by onsite volunteers during the period. Remote volunteer hours are not counted
  • Active Clients: Clients who are actively engaged with UEO services, meaning they have both signed an engagement letter and have an “Active” status
  • Semi-Active Clients: Clients who use our mailing address, receipt UPLIFT stickers, or Caltrain clipper cards
  • Clients active in Self-Sufficiency Program: Clients currently participating in UEO’s Self-Sufficiency Program who have completed at least one assessment, helping them work toward financial stability and independence
